With over 30 years of Corp Sales experience now at the Executive Vice President level, having multiple income streams, creating a debt free life, married to my HS sweetheart & raising two amazing boys.  I should say men! In review of my life, when it went right and also when it went wrong, their was a pattern of actions and practices that made everything work.
